Gym:  We have a wide range of equipment and different areas to exercise. We try to cater for all needs from body building to cardio junkies as well as our older group and rehabilitation clients too!

We are situated on the main beach in the heart of the beloved J-Bay. So whether you enjoy the sunrise, sun set or mid-day workout. You are promised a view that will take your breath away!

This gym was previously known as The Training Edge Gym and this is where all the magic happened and the dream of the EDGE FITNESS CLUBS brand was born.

Personal Trainers:  We provide a Personal Training service for those of you who wish for that little something extra, to help you reach your goals and to help you stay motivated. We also offer assessments as a free service to our members.

Indoor cycling, as an organized class activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.


A unique blend of easy-to-learn martial arts techniques, this class will give you a great cardio and upper and lower body workout as well as improving your strength and flexibility.


Pilates is a method/series of precise movements originating from your core, moving with focussed breathing, to engage the deepest layers of muscle.  This unique method of core strengthening will enhance spinal stability, alignment and support


An energetic cardio workout using the STEP to train fitness, agility, coordination and strength co-ordinated by an instructor with upbeat music which makes exercising fun!

Our Bootcamps are the best! There for the client who wants to achieve some weight loss, transform, feel better and get fit. Each aerobics instructor is required to mix things up and vary their sessions to stop both your mind and body getting bored. Our Bootcamps are designed as a whole body workout that will improve your stamina, fitness, and strength in a fun and interesting ways. We guarantee that some of the exercises we do will push you to your limits, essentially ensuring you achieve your goals in the long run.

Bootcamp sessions start with a warm up followed by at least 45 minutes of exercises, we end with a cool down and stretch


Our Aqua aerobics are hosted in our indoor heated pool. This group class consists of cardio vascular training with a low impact on the joints and high resistance training. Perfect for rehabilitation and members with arthritis and osteoporosis to keep the muscles strong in order to help you move around and decrease joint pain.


Dancercize is a cardio based workout combined with dancing with upbeat music guaranteed to race up your heartbeat and to break out a sweat. This exercise will help you build up your stamina, increase fitness levels, help loose body fat, weight loss, toning your muscles and having fun while doing it is almost 100% guaranteed!
